Ok, here's another card I thought I should post before we get much closer to Spring.  This stamp is called "Snowpile" and is from Whipper Snapper. As most of my recent cards, this one is colored with prisma and copic markers. Sorry about the glare on the gemstone snowflakes.  : )

This is a card I made a couple months ago... before Christmas.  I thought I better share it now while it's officially still winter.  : )   This is the jingle-balls stamp from whipper snapper. It's colored with the prisma and copic markers and the prisma blender pen. The front of the card is about 1 inch shorter than the back so you can see the snowflake vellum on the inside.

Stamps: Jingle-balls

Accessories: prisma and copic markers, prisma blender pen, glitter pen, silver cord

Ok, I had to post another card using my metal sheets.  : )  For this one I cut the metal with a die-cut machine, glued red cardstock behind it, and put stickles on the red that shows through.

Stamps: None

Accessories: Metal sheets, mat pack, black marker, stickles, ribbon

If you're interested in purchasing metal sheets please click HERE to see the post with all the info.

We all need someone to lean on once in awhile. I'm so blessed to have my friends and family there for me when I need them (which has been a lot lately). But even more than that I am forever indebted to my God for being more than just someone to lean on, but also to lift me up, be my strength, my Savior, my joy, and my peace.

Stamps: Lean on Me (from Whipper Snapper), Polka Dot Background (Stampin' Up)

Ink: Bashful Blue, Black

Paper: Bashful Blue, Basic Black, (White is from pti)

Accessories: Copic and Prisma markers, eyelets & grosgrain ribbon (Stampin' Up)

This is stamp I've had for a very long time, but I had to pull it out and use it with my copic and prisma markers. I really like the shadow effect I did on this one, but I noticed that my camera flash pretty much wiped it out. Bummer. Anyhow, this one took a little time to color because of all the detail, but I think it was worth it. Wish you could see the shadowing better.

Stamps: watering can (by Stamps happen Inc.)

Paper: all stampin' up, except the white is pti cardstock

Accessories: copic and prisma markers, Stampin' Up Mat pack, black pen, Stampin' Up grosgrain ribbon

Yay! : )  I can now ship to Canada.  Here's the details.

Shipping prices for Canada:

Up to 12 pieces  $3.20

13 to 24 pieces  $3.90

(If you're from the US... see the Oct. 25th post for the US shipping prices)

To make a payment from Canada you will need to pay through Paypal.  Click on my email (near the top of the right hand column) and let me know how many metal sheets you'd like and I'll get back to you with a total.  : )

Kelly S... if you happen to see this... I tried email you back several times, but it keeps getting returned... saying "delivery failure" to your email address. I do have the 24 sheets saved for you. Maybe try emailing me with a different address?? Maybe your server is down??  You can try sending me a pm through scs. Click here.

Here's another card made with the metal.  I posted this one back in May, but I decided to re-post it since it's another sample using the metal.

This was done using a cuttlebug embossing folder to emboss the metal.  To make it look like aged copper I used the copper alcohol inks (actually the metallic colors are called mixatives, not alcohol inks) with a dauber.  I love how you can turn a silver piece of metal into copper or gold. Ok, I know you're not really "turning it into" copper or gold.  But I think it looks cool and it gives you more options with the metal.  : )
